This page controls the public calendar feeds for your facilities — the ICS links that let members and prospects subscribe to facility availability from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. Open it from Integrations → Google Calendar.

Turn on a facility’s public feed

  1. Click Integrations in the sidebar, then open Google Calendar.
  2. The table lists each Facility with a Public feed toggle — switch on the facilities whose schedules should be public.
  3. Copy each enabled facility’s feed link and share it — on your website, in a newsletter, wherever members look.

Anyone subscribed sees when the facility is busy, with every booking redacted to Reserved — never who booked it. Feeds cover the near future and refresh on subscribers’ calendar apps automatically.
