QuickBooks

Owner only

The QuickBooks integration exports your revenue into QuickBooks Online daily, mapped onto your own chart of accounts — so the treasurer reconciles in QuickBooks without re-keying anything from Memberley. Open it from Integrations → QuickBooks.

Connect

Section titled “Connect”
  1. Click Integrations in the sidebar, then open QuickBooks.
  2. In the Connection card, start the connection and sign in to QuickBooks Online, granting Memberley access to the company you choose.

The card shows Connected with the company once linked; Disconnect ends the link at any time (already-exported entries stay in QuickBooks).

Map your accounts

Section titled “Map your accounts”

The Account mapping card pairs each Memberley category — dues, reservation fees, guest passes, program registrations, register sales — with a QuickBooks account from your chart of accounts. Pick an account for each row and save.

Revenue then flows into the accounts your accountant expects, exported daily as summarized entries.
