Build your team
The last setup step is making sure you’re not the only admin. Add owners and managers so approving members, taking payments, and running the front desk doesn’t all depend on one person.
Add an owner or manager
Section titled “Add an owner or manager”- Click Settings, then Admins.
- Click Add admin.
- Choose Existing member to promote someone already in your organization — use Find a member to search — or Invite by email to bring in someone new by name and email.
- When inviting by email, you can also check Also enroll as a member, which creates a pending membership in your default tier so they appear in member rosters and segments.
- Pick a Role — Manager or Owner — and click Add admin.
The new admin appears in the Owners or Managers column of the Team members board.
Change or remove an admin
Section titled “Change or remove an admin”From the same Team members board:
- Drag an admin between the Owners and Managers columns to change their role — or open their row’s edit action, pick the new Role, and click Update role.
- Use the row’s remove action to take away someone’s admin access.
Choose the right role
Section titled “Choose the right role”- Owners have full access, including billing, payouts, integrations, and organization settings. Add a second owner so you’re never locked out.
- Managers handle day-to-day work: members, facilities and reservations, and check-ins. They see Payments but not Payouts, and they have no Settings area — so they can’t change tiers’ billing, your plan, or your Stripe connection.
The complete permission matrix is in Roles & permissions.
What managers see
Section titled “What managers see”A manager’s sidebar leads with Front Desk — Check-in when you hold the Front Desk & Check-in module, plus the Activity feed — since that’s where staff spend most of their time. Below it they get the same Members, Seasons, Bookings, Programs, and Documents areas as owners.
