Modules & pricing
Memberley prices in two layers: a base plan every organization chooses, and à-la-carte add-on modules for the features only some clubs need. Owners manage both under Plan & add-ons.
The base plans
Section titled “The base plans”| Plan | Price | Payment fee | Included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $0 / year | 3% on payments processed through Memberley | Everything in the base feature set, unlimited members |
| Community | $500 / year | 0% — keep 100% of your dues | The same base feature set, unlimited members |
Both plans include a 14-day trial and the full base feature set: the member roster and billing, public registration and the branded portal, the waitlist, reports, integrations, and the activity log. The difference is purely how you pay — a percentage as you collect, or a flat yearly fee.
The add-on modules
Section titled “The add-on modules”Each module is billed yearly, prorated when added mid-cycle, and credited when removed. During a trial, enabling modules is free.

When your organization doesn’t hold a module, its navigation simply doesn’t appear — the introduction shows how the sidebar maps to modules.
