Financial reports
Three reports answer the money questions: what came in (Revenue), what you’re still owed (Aging receivables), and what the register did (Front desk sales). Open any of them from Reports in the sidebar; date ranges and exports work the same everywhere — see Reports overview.
Revenue
Section titled “Revenue”What was actually collected in the date range — completed payments only, so pending charges and failed attempts never inflate the numbers.
- Headline tiles — Total revenue, Payments (the count), Monthly average, and Best month.
- Revenue by month — the trend across your range, broken out by payment type (dues, reservation fees, guest passes, class registrations, and so on).
- Revenue by membership tier — which tiers earn their keep.
- Revenue by facility — reservation-fee revenue per court, pool, or room.
Refunded amounts are already netted out of what you see.
Aging receivables
Section titled “Aging receivables”A snapshot of everything you’re owed right now — this is the one report with no date range, because a receivable is either outstanding today or it isn’t.
- Headline tiles — Outstanding (the total) and Open balances (how many members owe it).
- Outstanding balances — one row per member with an unpaid charge, past-due payment plan, or membership awaiting payment, aged into 30-day buckets so you can see at a glance what’s fresh and what’s been sitting for 90+ days.
Chase the oldest buckets first — the tools are on Refunds, waivers & reminders: payment reminders, payment requests, and charging cards on file.
Front desk sales
Section titled “Front desk sales”Register activity for the range — it appears in the catalog only when your organization has the Point of Sale module.
- Headline tiles — Orders, Sales, Tax collected, and Refunded.
- Sales by day — the daily rhythm of the snack bar and pro shop.
- Top products — what actually sells.
- Tender mix — cash vs. card vs. member balances.
- Register sessions (Z-reports) — every session with its counted vs. expected cash, so drawer variances are auditable long after the day ends.
