Activity log

The activity log is your organization’s audit trail: every consequential action — membership changes, payments, check-ins, register sessions, setting edits, member previews — recorded with who did it, when, and what changed. Owners and managers both see it; open it from SettingsActivity log or Front DeskActivity.

Events list newest first, 50 per page, each row showing the Date, Event, a one-line Description, the Member it concerns, the Facility where relevant, and Performed by — the staff member responsible, or System for automated jobs. Click any row to expand exactly what changed, the record it touched, and the IP address it came from.

The filter bar combines freely:

  • Category or Event type — broad areas (Access & facilities, Point of sale, and so on) or one exact event; picking a category clears the event type.
  • Member — type-ahead search.
  • Performed by — a specific admin, or System.
  • Facility and Date range.

Click Reset to clear everything. The front-desk-flavored tour of the same feed — check-ins and register auditing — is in Front desk activity.

Members have their own activity page showing only their personal timeline. Organization-internal events — register sessions, low-stock alerts, bulk admin actions — never appear there.
