Membership reports
Three reports cover the people side: how the roster is trending (Membership growth & churn), how each tier performs (Tier performance), and who actually shows up (Attendance). Open them from Reports in the sidebar; date ranges and exports are described in Reports overview.
Membership growth & churn
Section titled “Membership growth & churn”The roster’s trajectory over the range:
- Headline tiles — Active now, New, Churned, and Net change.
- New vs. churned by month — joins against losses, side by side.
- Monthly detail — the same numbers as a table, month by month.
- Current status breakdown — where everyone stands today: active, pending, awaiting payment, waitlisted, inactive.
A member counts as churned when their membership ends without a renewal — so expect a spike when a season closes, followed by recovery as renewals come in for the next one.
Tier performance
Section titled “Tier performance”One row per membership tier in Performance by tier: how many active members it holds, the revenue it produced in the range, and how well it retains members. Tiles above summarize Tiers, Active members, and Revenue in range.
Use it alongside Membership tiers when you’re deciding pricing or capacity for next season — it’s the report that shows whether the Family tier is carrying the club.
Attendance
Section titled “Attendance”Check-in traffic — available when your organization has the Front Desk & Check-in module.
- Headline tiles — Check-ins, Unique members, Guests, Guest passes, and Busiest day.
- Check-ins by day — traffic across the range.
- Busiest hours — when the gate actually gets hit, for staffing.
- Check-ins by facility — pool vs. courts.
- Most frequent members — your regulars.
