Build your offerings
With your organization configured, give members something to use: spaces to reserve, programs to join, and documents to read or sign. This page walks the second group of the setup checklist. Two of the three steps depend on add-on modules — if a step’s navigation item is missing from your sidebar, your organization doesn’t hold that module.
Add a facility
Section titled “Add a facility”Requires the Facilities & Reservations module.
Facilities are the spaces members can use or reserve — courts, pools, lanes, rooms.
- Click Bookings, then Facilities.
- Create a facility for each bookable space, setting its operating hours, slot lengths, fees, and booking rules.
Once a facility can be reserved, members book it from their portal and reservation requests land in Managing reservations — or approve themselves automatically, depending on the facility’s rules. Full setup details are in Facilities.
Two related setups worth knowing about early: holiday and maintenance closures live in Closures & holidays, and facility schedules can be subscribed to from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook via Calendar feeds.
Create your first class or event
Section titled “Create your first class or event”Requires the Classes & Events module.
Classes and events cover everything you run on a schedule: swim lessons, clinics, camps, leagues, and social events.
- Click Programs, then Classes & Events.
- Create an offering with its sessions, capacity, and pricing, then publish it so members can register online.
Sign-ups, rosters, and attendance are covered in Enrollments, rosters & attendance; the full feature is in Classes & events.
Upload a document or waiver
Section titled “Upload a document or waiver”Documents are included for every organization — no module required.
- Click Documents.
- Upload anything members should read: bylaws, handbooks, pool rules, forms.
- For anything members must agree to — like a liability waiver — publish it as a waiver requiring signature, and Memberley tracks who has signed.
See Files & folders for organizing documents and Waivers & signatures for signature tracking.
